This afternoon, there was a service for Chen Shi’s wife. It was a family service, so after 2:00, I was waiting for Mr. Lee and Mu Shi Zhuan. It happened that Chen Jinxiu hadn’t left yet, so we all went together. There seems to a particularly large number of people crossing the sea today. It’s 3:00 and a lot of people rush to cross the sea. The dock is very crowded. Miss Chen was squeezed to the edge of the railing. If it wasn’t for the railing, she’d have been pushed into the sea! When we arrived, there were no seats left on the boat, so we had to stand. The ship sailed across the sea. Hong Kong’s buses are all crowded so we walked to Lang Fuang. We got there just after 3:00. I happened to meet my friend in the class at that time. At 3:00, more than 2000 people began to audition. Some sing particularly well. How do these people get in line after 4:00? Some are told to be ready for tomorrow’s concert. At 6:00, we departed the Lang Fuang. Because of the time, we went straight from the conference to the Kowloon Middle School evening sermon and sang in the choir without even eating. The meeting didn’t break up until 9:00. Mr. Lee carried his dinner in a kettle to the poetry class. Churches often have gatherings, especially at festival time. That’s been the case these days.
