Guangdong people eat dumplings
Cultural exchanges have been starting to come a little faster than usual. Over the past few years, our friends in Guangdong have not only learned Chinese but have also learned the Northern lifestyle. Many of my friends in Guangdong have learned to eat flour. What’s funny is that they are coming to specialize in Northern style dumplings. This evening Hui Lin said she wanted to make dumplings to eat so I went to the store with her to buy some food. Sure enough, everyone came to eat and ate a lot. The dumplings weren’t very nice though. According to her, this was the first time she had made them. It was the first time she was able to make dumplings like this.
Dumplings used to never be seen in Guangdong. Now, you can make them yourself. Well, when my friends in the North came to Guangdong, they learned all about the place. I know, I’ve learned a lot too! It’s a good situation all the way around. In the end, we can say that God’s will is entirely good.
