Jan 12, 1956 - Being a counselor at Billy Graham's crusade

Ever since last year, I have heard of this world renowned evangelist that was coming to Hong Kong. Praise the Lord that, today, I was able to participate in this crusade's counseling class. When the service started, because it's the first evening, there were over 1000 people in the room. There's no other place in Kowloon that could accommodate this many people. This meeting was as I expected. They informed us on every little detail regarding how to discuss the gospel with people so that we can help others during the actual crusade. After the meeting, I went walking home with Mr. Zhang. And along the way, he told me a lot of things about his family, and I can feel his pain is hard to bear. And I deeply pray for his family. We arrived at his house around 10:00. His family had not gone to bed, so we chatted for another hour until 11:00. I then gathered Mr. Zhang and his wife to do a short study and pray. In the book of Matthew 4: 12- 17, this passage talked about the light of our Lord, how it brought light to people who lived in darkness. The believers of Christ should also follow his example to be a light and fire so that all those who don't know Jesus would give glory to God.
