Praise the Lord for He has prepared abundant saving grace for those whom He loves. Those who were baptized recently received their holy communion today. Today is the first time the combined attendance including vistors approximately 80. About 3:30 in the afternoon, I had to leave quickly to go to Niu To Jiao to check out the work over there . When I arrived around 4:00, the wind was very strong. All the doors were closed. I arrived at Mr. Liu's house and Lian Pei Ju was also there. We talked a little bit about the work there. Mr. Liu is HeBei Province Evangelical church member. Very straightforward. So it was easy to talk to him. He eagerly invited me to have dinner there. So when I returned it was already dark. My watch already said it was 7:30, but in order to make it back to our service, I had to run in the midst of the wind and I had to run down a hillside that seemed like a cliff. It was very scary. And halfway through my legs were hurting. And I was scared. But I knew my life was in the hands of the Lord, so I was encouraged again and fought against the fear and finally arrived at level ground. When I got back, the preaching already started. One was preaching, and one was translating. During the intermission, there was music. Afterward, there was a new speaker and a new translator. Around 9:00, when we we ended. We counted that more 10 people came, and half of them were my classmates. So I can say I knew all of them. And we talked some more on the third floor afterwards. And they had to leave around 10:00 to catch a train.
