Because today is Easter, every church is very busy. We are certainly no exception. At 10:00 in the morning, the English service began. I started getting busy because I had taken over Mr. Dong Daoling's job. I not only had to receive but also look after things about the meetings. The church's Easter Campaign began at 3:00pm. I joined the choir so couldn't attend. I arrived in Ju Longtang at the home of Mr. Zhai and his wife at exactly 3:00. Later, I heard him say that, at the gathering of the Chinese Evengelistic Society, each member of the family chose a song to sing together. Paston Xie was the preacher. Today is the first time I've heard him preach. My opinion is that he's very good. When the meeting was adjourned, each person took two eggs, one red and one green. I took mine home before eating them.
In the evening, the church holds baptismal worship. This is the second baptism. Eleven brothers and four children received it, Eleven others had been baptized earlier for a total of twenty-six.
To accomplish great things is not the power of man but the power of God. If not the resurrection of Jesus, who else could give us so great a gift? So I had to thank the Lord. Amen!
