It was raining heavily
All this morning it looked like it was going to rain but it didn't start until noon. It's 1:00 in the afternoon and it's now raining heavily. Yesterday, the Hong Kong government started a policy of people only turning on the tap once a day. The aim is to alleviate the lack of drinking water for Hong Kong residents. God cares for the suffering of the people. It has been raining since yesterday. It is not yet known when it will stop. When the ponds are full, there will no longer be drinking water restrictions.
