Nasty English tuition class with Mr. Wang
I don't know how much I have suffered in order to learn English. Yesterday, I sat down atf Ju Lun Chen. Mr. Wang started today so I went and he said that class would again be delayed for one whole hour. I was angry but I had to be patient and wait so I could talk to him about tomorrow. Finally he said to me that, no matter what, tomorrow class will start. It was a waste of time running there and back.
On the way back from Ju Lun Chen, I stopped at the relief society for a meal ticket. There was a new cadet sitting there. It turned out that he had been in an orphanage in the past. Later, he became a political official who worked as a translator for the foreign dean, Zhang Guangyuan. I had heard that he is now working for the relief society. I saw him there today.
This young man is hypocritical and cunning. As the months went by, I came to know him perfectly. I rarely interact with him for God says to stay away from such people. It took me more than an hour to finish there. Most of the time I spent talking with Director Tan. He used to be a sailor. Later, he talked about what seafaring was like and how foreigners look down on Chinese people. He said that the lives of sailors are often painful and dangerous. He also talked about how happy he is now that he knows Jesus. Brothers in Christ receive and fare well.
