First swim of the year
It was particularly hot this morning when Shea John and I went visiting. When Huang returned, his body was covered in sweat. It was so hot today! When I got back, I wanted to go to see the English Academy so I visited the famous Ganju Deming secondary school.
It was almost 11:00 and I took the bus to Ju Lun Chen. I actually wanted to go back to see Mr. Wang about English study. I went there to talk about vocabulary for a short while. It's all about reading English. Later, I visited Zhang Guanhua. It turned out that he was playing records. In order to learn to read English, he recently bought a radio which also plays records. He has made up his mind to learn English. I hope he succeeds.
It was warm in the afternoon and is still very hot. I woke from my afternoon nap at 3:30 and talked with John about going for a swim. I had just walked out the door when up came fellow countryman Mr. Zhang Jimao to pay me a visit. We spoke for a moment. He said that his two little sisters, Nai Sai and Nai Ling had gone swimming in Hon Com. I arrived at the swimming pool at 5:00. It had just opened the day before yesterday.so there were still very few tourists. There were only four of us there. I got into the water and felt very cold. I gritted my teeth and overcame the difficulty. Also, the water wasn't very clean. There was something floating in the water. There are stones and green grass platforms on the shore. Swimming is not easy. I played for less than an hour before I came back. It was the first time I'd been swimming this year. In the evening, Hu Weiheng and one other sister went to work. I helped them run their errands.
